The information published on this site is informational and indicative in nature, and does not constitute a formal or binding offer of services. Prices, timelines, scope and the specific conditions of each project are established through a formal proposal or contract signed between the parties.

Among other things, we offer the following services, each subject to its own contractual conditions:

Any verbal agreement must be confirmed in writing to be valid. S Quetzal Digital reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with its values or technical capabilities.

Article 04

Payments and billing

Payment terms, accepted methods and the billing schedule are specified in each proposal or service contract. As a general reference:

  • Development projects may require a 40–50% deposit before starting
  • An electronic invoice (CFDI) is issued for each payment received
  • Published prices are indicative and may vary depending on the final scope
  • Modifications outside the contracted scope generate additional costs
  • Late payments may pause project delivery until the balance is settled

For invoicing purposes, please provide your tax information at the time of contracting. We issue invoices in accordance with SAT (Mexican tax authority) requirements.

Article 05

Limitation of liability

S Quetzal Digital takes the utmost care in the quality of its services and in the availability of the website. Nevertheless:

  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the site
  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use of information published on the site
  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties, hosting providers or force majeure
  • The results of marketing or SEO campaigns depend on multiple external factors
  • Maximum liability for contracted services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

The content of the site is provided "as is," without implied warranties of any kind.

Article 06

Personal data and privacy

The personal data you share with us through contact forms (name, email, phone, etc.) is used exclusively to handle your inquiry or manage the business relationship. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, aligned with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Mexican States, in particular:

  • Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties
  • Federal Copyright Law
  • Commercial Code and applicable civil legislation
  • Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO)

Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the website shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them.
